Five Feet Apart Summary
The book follows the story of two teenagers with cystic fibrosis who meet and fall in love while being treated at the same hospital. Despite the fact that they are both very sick, they decide to try to have a relationship, which is against the hospital’s rules.
This creates a lot of tension between the two main characters as they try to balance their need for each other with the need to stay alive. The book is told from the perspective of both main characters, which allows readers to see both sides of the story. This makes for a very emotionally charged and powerful read.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a romance that is both heart-wrenching and hopeful. It is a beautiful story about two people who are fighting for their lives and for their love.
