The Bone Collector Summary

Jeffery Deaver is an American author who was born on May 6, 1950, in Illinois. He is known for his best-selling crime and thriller novels, including the Lincoln Rhyme series, of which The Bone Collector is the first book. Deaver attended the University of Missouri, where he received his Bachelor of Journalism degree. He then went on to earn a law degree from Fordham University.
Deaver worked as a journalist and an attorney before he became a full-time writer. He started writing novels in the 1980s and published his first novel, Voodoo, in 1988. Since then, he has published over 40 novels and sold more than 50 million copies worldwide. Deaver’s novels have been translated into 25 languages and have won numerous awards, including the Steel Dagger and the Short Story Dagger from the Crime Writers’ Association.
