About the Author
Ender’s Game was written by Orson Scott Card, who is an American science fiction writer. He has written many novels, including Ender’s Game series, the Homecoming series, and the Alvin Maker series.
He has also written non-fiction books, such as How to Write Science Fiction and Fantasy. Card is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and he often writes about Mormon themes in his work.
Card was born in Richland, Washington in 1951 and grew up in California and Arizona, he served a mission for the LDS Church in Brazil. He received a bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University.
