About the Author
Matt Haig is a British author and journalist. He has written several novels, including The Radleys and The Humans. His memoir, Reasons to Stay Alive, chronicles his experience with depression and how he eventually overcame it.
He also wrote many articles about his journey to recovery, which were published in The Guardian. In 2017, Haig was awarded the Mind Mental Health Media Award for Columnist of the Year.
