About the Author

Tim Ferriss is an American author, entrepreneur, and public speaker. He is known for his book The 4-Hour Work Week, which has been a New York Times bestseller. Ferriss has also written two other bestselling books: The 4-Hour Body and The 4-Hour Chef.

The 4 Hour Body

Ferriss grew up in East Hampton, New York. He graduated from Princeton University in 2000 with a degree in East Asian Studies. Ferriss then moved to California, where he worked in Silicon Valley as a product manager for AOL and as a sales engineer for Microsoft.
