The BFG Summary

The book starts off with a young girl, Sophie, who cannot sleep. She looks out her window and sees a giant. The giant sees her too, and he picked her up. He takes her back to the cave where he lives. The giant tells her that he is the only friendly giant and all the other giants are mean and eat people.

The next morning, the giant takes her to Buckingham Palace to meet the Queen. The Queen is very interested in what the giant has to say about the other giants and she wants him to capture them. She gives him a bag of wind to help him with his plan.

The giant goes back to his cave and starts making a plan. He makes a loud noise to lure the other giants. When they come, he uses the wind to blow them away. All except for one, who is too big and strong for the wind. The big giant captures this mean giant and takes him back to Buckingham Palace.

Overall, the story is about a girl who befriends a giant and helps him save the world from mean giants. It is a fun and exciting story that will keep readers engaged from beginning to end.
