About the Author

James Clear is the author of Atomic Habits, a New York Times bestseller with over two million copies sold. He is also the founder of the habit-tracking app Fabulous and the host of The James Clear Podcast.

Clear was born in 1982 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He grew up playing sports and was a three-time state champion in track and field. Clear has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Denison University and a master’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Michigan. He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and two sons.
