About the Author
Becca Fitzpatrick (born February 13, 1987) is an American author of young adult fiction. Fitzpatrick’s debut novel, Hush, Hush (2009), became a New York Times Best Seller. Fitzpatrick has written five novels in the Hush, Hush series, as well as two novels in the Dangerous Creatures spin-off series with her friend and fellow author, Amanda Hocking.
Born and raised in Colorado, Fitzpatrick attended college at the University of Central Florida, where she majored in creative writing. While there, Fitzpatrick met her future husband, Brendan Fitzpatrick. The couple now has two children together and lives in Denver, Colorado.
Fitzpatrick’s debut novel, Hush, Hush, was published in 2009. The novel became a New York Times Best Seller, and as of 2016, has sold over 4 million copies worldwide. Fitzpatrick has since written four sequels to Hush, Hush, as well as two novels in the Dangerous Creatures spin-off series.
