About the Author

Dr. Rudolph R. Windsor was an American author and historian best known for his book “From Babylon to Timbuktu: A History of the Ancient Black Races Including the Black Hebrews.”

Dr. Rudolph R. Windsor earned his Bachelor’s degree in the Hebrew language, history, and culture from Gratz College in the 1970s. He later went on to receive his Master’s and Doctorate from the University of Metaphysics. He was well-read on the subject of historical novels and had a strong interest in African history.

After the earthquake in Haiti in 2010, he traveled there to assist in the recovery efforts. Dr. Windsor spent most of his life in Philadelphia, where he raised a family, and currently resides in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. He was a frequent traveler and lectured on his work both domestically and abroad, including in the Middle East, Central America, and Africa. He has also appeared on radio and television programs.

Dr. Windsor was a researcher and writer who focused on African history and the origins of the Black Hebrews. He was passionate about educating others about the rich history of Africa and the contributions of the Black Hebrews to world history.
