About the Author

Peter Guy Northouse is an American author and scholar who is best known for his work in the field of leadership studies. He was born in 1947 and grew up in Michigan. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Alma College, his master’s degree from Michigan State University, and his Ph.D. from the University of Denver.
