Diana Gabaldon is the author of the award-winning, international bestselling Outlander series. Her novels have been translated into more than thirty languages and sold more than twenty-five million copies worldwide.
A former professor of environmental science, she lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Outlander series began with the self-published historical time travel novel Outlander in 1991.
