About the Author
Yuval Noah Harari is an Israeli historian and a professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is the author of the best-selling book, Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind. His other books include Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow and 21 Lessons for the 21st Century.
Harari was born in Israel in 1976. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Oxford in 2002. He has been a lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem since 2005 and is currently a professor of history there.
